Field service software for every trade

From the first ring to paid in full.

Phone, booking, scheduling, a technician app, estimates and invoices. One system that runs the whole job.

Demo: an online booking lands in today’s schedule, the owner assigns it to a technician whose phone gets the job, and the job moves to On my way, Done and Paid while the day’s collected total rises.

One job, six stops, no hand-offs

Most shops juggle a phone app, a calendar, a quoting tool and a card reader. Here, each step passes the job to the next on its own.

  1. Answer8:02 AM

Never lose a caller to voicemail

Each company and each ad gets its own local number. Miss a call and the caller gets a text within seconds.

    • Local numbers per ad
    • Missed-call text-back
    • Two-way texting
  2. Book8:09 AM

Fill the schedule without phone tag

Customers book from your website. The office drags jobs on a board that knows who is working.

    • Booking page and widget
    • Service-area zip check
    • Time off blocks booking
  3. Work8:41 AM

An app made for the truck

Technicians see only their own jobs, with the checklist, photos and the customer’s signature.

    • On my way, Start, Finish
    • Checklists per service
    • Photos without location data
  4. Quote10:15 AM

Send options, get a yes on the spot

Offer repair or replace. Customers approve from a link or right on your technician’s phone.

    • Good, better, best
    • Signed on site
    • Automatic follow-ups

    • Deposits and partials
    • Past-due reminders
  6. RepeatNext fall

Turn one job into years of work

Reminders go out when a service is due again, and reports show which ads pay for themselves.

    • Repeat-service reminders
    • Review requests
    • Revenue by ad source

Your whole office on one screen

Money in, money owed, today’s jobs and what needs you next. It updates the moment a customer pays or books, so nobody has to ask.

Demo of the office dashboard: a customer pays a past-due invoice and Past due drops to zero while Collected rises; a new booking appears in Today and is counted under Needs attention; the pipeline switches to estimates.

Run two brands without paying for two systems

Each company keeps its own name, colors, numbers and booking page. Flip the switch and see.

Questions owners ask us

Is SupremeAir.ai only for air duct cleaning?

No. It works for any service business. You add your own services, how long they take, the questions customers answer when booking and the checklist your technicians follow. HVAC, plumbing, roofing, painting, cleaning and more all run on the same software.

Can I bring my customers over from Housecall Pro or Workiz?

Yes. Export your customers and past jobs as a spreadsheet and upload it in Settings. We match the columns for you, show a preview, merge duplicates by email or phone, and you can undo an import. A list of 21,000 customers takes about seven seconds.

Do I need new phone numbers?

You can pick local numbers for each company or each ad you run, and choose which phone they ring. Moving your current number over is on our roadmap.

What is texting registration and do I have to deal with it?

US carriers require every business that texts customers to register once. You fill in one short form inside SupremeAir.ai; we submit it, track the review and tell you in plain language if anything needs fixing. Texting switches on as soon as you're approved.

Can customers pay with the card processor I already use?

Yes. Add your payment page link (SwipeSimple, Square, Stripe or any other) and every invoice gets a Pay now button that opens it. You can also record cash, check and bank transfers, take deposits and accept partial payments.

What do my technicians see?

Only the jobs assigned to them, with the customer's address, notes, checklist, photos and signature pad. You decide per person whether they can see prices, take payments or write estimates. Office pages, other jobs and your reports stay private.

Can I run more than one business?

Yes. Each company gets its own logo, colors, invoice numbering, phone numbers, payment link and booking page. You switch between them from the top bar, and reports can show one company or all of them.

Is my data kept separate from other businesses?

Every account is isolated at the database level, so one business can never read another's customers, jobs or invoices. Public links for invoices, estimates and the customer portal use long random codes.

See it run with your own jobs

In 30 minutes we set up your services, import a sample of your customers and walk one job from the first call to payment.

Or start free on your own

Each account’s data is kept apart at the database level.
